This bird feeder is designed for feeding regular bird feed or specialty feed such as meal worms or fruit feed for bluebirds.  This feeder is constructed from 1 in solid yellow pine lumber which is a hard durable lumber but as with all wood exposed to the weather should be coated with an exterior paint or preservative to seal it from the harsh elements.  All of my houses and feeders are designed by me and constructed by me in my workshop.

Specifications:  It is 12” wide, 10” deep, 9” high.  It is assembled with rust resistant decking screws for durability.  It has a chain for hanging from a tree limb or other objects but can be mounted on a pole but no mounting brackets are included.
